Shipping
We try to ship within 2 business days of your order being placed. We ship via Parcel Post or Priority Mail. If you prefer UPS or other forms of shipping, please order by contacting us directly.
Shipping will be calculated based on your total order amount. You can specify if you would like to use Parcel Post or Priority Mail during check-out.
The following are our shipping rates, notice the FREE SHIPPING on any order of $200 or more, regular parcel post.

Return Policy
We stand behind all of the items we sell, and you can return any item in the condition you received it in (including original tags and packaging) within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping & handling costs. You can pay via online with PayPal, over the phone, email or snail mail. Please see our Ordering Info page for more information.
Paying Online
You can pay online by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. It will then take you to a secure PayPal site. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply click the link to the left that says "I dont not have a PayPal account" - you can still pay online using a debit or credit card, even without creating an account. Our brick and mortor store, The Old Firehouse, is located an hour and a half north of Kansas City. We are about 23 miles east of I-35. For directions visit www.JamesportMissouri.org or call us at 660-684-6789.
Store Hours
Normal store hours are 9:30 - 5:00, Monday through Saturday. Closed Sunday. Winter hours (January & February) are 10:00 - 4:00 Monday - Friday, and 9:30 - 4:30 on Saturday. Jan & Feb we are closed Sunday and Thursday.
