Canadian Goose Gravy Boat

These are what appear to be initials "LP" on the bottom of both pieces. 

The same canada goose with cattails is on both sides of the gravy pitcher. 

The base is 10" long and 5 1/2" across.  The pitcher is 9 1/2" long.  

The age is unknown, but the pieces are at least 30 years old.
